NOW I am sure it will make some people mad to talk about the Wrath of God; But we are liv- lng in a day where HELL is never talked about . . . And where seemingly there are so few that care abort the lost man, and where he ~vi11 spend eternity. I do believe that Eph. 4-19-- who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all un- cleaness with greediness. MANY OF OUR CHURCH MEM- BERS ARE IN THIS CATE- GORY . . . BUT THE WRATH OF GOD IS NOT CHANGED NEITHER IS IT ALTERED... They should warn the lost against eternal damnation and show them llfe in,Christ. Many of our people today talk about the parable of the rich man and Lazarus. (Of course they don't understand though, Jesus didn't lie) Jesus said THERE WAS A CERTAIN RICH MAN. Jesus said that Abraham talked back and forth with hlm and therefore that removed it from being a parable. (HELL IS A FLAME OF FIRE) for the rich man said FORI AM TORMENT- E D IN THIS F LAME) What ls the wrath of God? In looking at Mr. Websters book he says, VIOLENT ... ANGER... IN- DIGNATION . . o EXTREME PASSION , . o These words make me shudder. What a terri- ble thing to have the almighty God, the eternal Father in whose hands our very breath Is, to be angry with us. Paul said knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men. 2 Cor. 5-11. The writer of He- brews said It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the LIVING GOD: Yet manybenight- ed souls, blinded by the Devil and sin, grope through life never rea/izlng they are just one breath from the ETERNAL PIT OF HELL FIRE. The Blblesays that the DEVIL believes this and trembles. ,as. 2-19. Yet the Devil does nothing about it, BUT THERE ARE MANY PUNY, SICK, DEMON POSSESSED MEN SO BLINDED WITH SIN THAT HE DOES NOT BELIEVE IN HELL. ITIS ONLYBECAUSE GOD IS A GOD OF MERCY THAT THEY ARE NOT AL- READY IN HELL . . . Suffer- ing the vengeance of an angry God, millions are alreadythere in the flames worse than you ever dared be. Many will be there that were good morally. In fact so good they didn't need to repent. Didn't need to go to church. Well friend Just being horned into the world Is enough to NEED TO GO TO CHURCH AND HEAR THE GOSPEL PREACHED AND RECEIVE CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOUR. NOW LISTEN FRIEND, GOD WILL NOT KNOCK YOU DOWN AND FORCE SALVATION ON YOU ... AND NEITHER WILL YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO BE SAVED AFTER DEATH . .. THERE IS NO SUCH PLACE AS LIMBO... NO SUCH PLACE AS PURGATORY . . . NO TEACHINGS IN THE SCRIP- TURES ABOUT IT EITHER... You know I would hate to leave it up to this present world to pray me out of a Hell of fire... THEY ARE TO BUSY LOOKING AT THE SOAP BOX OPERAS. THE MOTHERS TODAY AS A WHOLE. ARE CIGARETTE -- fl SUCKING, COCKTAIL SIPPING PARTY GOING, TONGUE WAGGING, GOSSIP SPREAD- ING, HOME WRECKERS WHO KNOW NOT GOD AND ARE NEITHER CONCERNED. They give the child an automobile on the weekend and tell him to stay out of their hair until Monday morning. THE MEN- OH, BUT THE MEN OF THIS AGE ARE PITIFUL... THEY GATHER THEIR FISHING GEAR, FILL UP A COOLER OF BEER, HEAD FOR THE RIVERp LAKE, POND, AND HAVE WHAT THEY CALL A BALL. WHILE ALL THE TIME THEY ARE LIVING IN THE EVENING OF LIFE. NOT FAR FROM THE FLAMES. SOME GET THEIR DOGS AND HUNT. But listen friend, there is no cold BEER, NO FISHING, NO BOAT RIDING DOWN THERE IN HELL. SOME OF OUR MEN WILL LOSE OLD BLUE, THE HOEND DOG, AND THEY WILL HAVE HIM ADVERTISED ON ALL THE RADIO STATIONS. ON ALL THE NEWS MEDIA AND T]~Y TO LOCATE OLD BL/IE ..~. BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEIR CHILDREN ARE ON THEIR WAY TO HELL AND THEY WON'T LIFT A FIN- GER . . . THEY WON'T AS MUCH AS CARRY THEM TO CHURCH. THEY WON'T EVEN TRY TO RESTRAIN THEM FROM EVIL, We have used the word Juvenile many times. Bro- ther it is not JUVENILE delin- quency any more. R's parent- hood delinquency. The Bible says that In the last days men wilt be LOVERS OF PLEASURE MORE THAN LOVERS OF GOD. But then as ISAIAH says, There- fore HELL hath enlarged her- self, and opened her mouth with- out measure, and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth shall descend into it. Isa. 5- 14. Brother when you have been there a few mi111on years, and your children have cursed the day you brought them into the world, and called you every name under the sun-then you will wish you had believed the gospel . . . BUt now there is another cause... WE PREACH- ERS ARE AS GUILTY AS SIN BECAUSE MANY TIMES IN A CONGREGATION OF SEVEN HUNDRED, THERE IS ONLY THIRTY OR FORTY IN CHURCH SUNDAY NIGHT AND WE DON NOT REBUKE THEM. WE ARE GUILTY BECAUSE THE PREACHER IS AFRAID OF HIS BOARD OF DEACONS... OR IT MAY BE SOMEONE THAT PUTS MORE MONEY IN THE PLATE THAN OTHERS. BROTHER THEY CAN BURN AS WELL AS THE PAUPER THAT REJECTED THE WAY. MANY PREACHERS ARE NOT SEEKING THE LOST. ONLY PREACHING FOR MONEY... DON'T CARE WHETHER YOU COME TO CHURCH OR NOT .. CONFORMED TO THE WORLD. PREACH ALL AROUND SIN AND NEVER TOUCH THE SUB- JECT... GUILTY... GUILTY, WHAT WE NEED IS A HOLY GHOST, PRAYED DOWN, HEAVEN SENT REVIVAL FOR THIS AGE WE LIVE IN...AND ONLY BY MEETING THE TERMS OF GOD WILL WE HAVE IT ...2-Coru. 7-14 are the terms. Do you think my friend you are saved juSt be- cause you know there Is a i li i I I Jl God in Heaven?? WELL YOU HAD BETTER LOOK AGAIN FOR ALL THE WORLD KNOWS THERE IS, AND THAT WILL NOT SAVE THEM...Ram. 1-20 declares it, Psalms 19-I, Jan. l-To. REGENERATION... A NEW NATURE.. ,SERVING GOD...NOT A SAYER BUT A DOER OF THE WORD . . , LET ME ASK YOU A QUES- A NEW BIRTH...A NEW NA- TURE...SERVING GOD...NOT A SAYER BUT A DOER OF THE WORD. LET ME ASKYOU A QUESTION. CAN YOU GO TO THE CHICKEN HOUSE, GET UP ON THE CHICKEN ROOST AND SIT THERE WITH THE CHICKENS AND TURN INTO A CHICKEN? NO, YOU CAN'T... AND JUST AS SURE YOU CAN'T GO DOWN TO THE CHURCH, GET YOUR NAME ON THE ROLL AND TURN INTO A CHRISTIAN . . . God does the saving. God keeps you saved. But for you sinner friend hls wrath is for you if you re- ject JESUS CHRIST, GOD'S SON...Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, DEPART from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire prepared for the Devil and his angels. Mat. 25-41 And the Devil that deceived them was cast lntothe lake of fire and brimstone where the Beast and the false Prophets are, and shall be tormented DAY AND NIGHT FOR EVER AND EVER . . . ReD. 20-10- 14-15. Bi'other God wants you to repent OR YOU WILL PERISH. GOD WANTS ALL TO COME TO HIM IN JESUS ,.. It is not by works . . .FOR BY GRACE ARE YE SAVED. Eph. 2=8-9 NOT by baptism. Without shedding of BLOOD IS NO REMISSION. NOT BY CON- DUCT. THEN CHRIST IS DEAD IN VAIN. Gal. 2-16,21. Acts. 13-39 Don't look at the Drunk- ard and say he is the reason I don't GO TO CHURCH. Listen to God's word. GOD HATES THE DRUNKARD . . ,THOSE WHO MAKE LIQUOR... THOSE WHO SELL IT . . .OR THOSE THAT TAKE PLEASURE INIT. The Bible is PLAIN . . ,NOR DRUNKARDS SHALL INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD . . . WOE TO THE MAN THAT GMTH HIS NEIGHBOR DRINK, AND PUTTEST THY BOTTLE TO HIM . . .Hab. 2-15. But In HELL THEY WILL SPEND ETERNITY WEEPING, CHEW- ING THEIR TONGUE, WAIL- ING AND GRINDING THEIR TEETH. Turn today and let Jesus have your life. Repent. RECEIVE CHRIST. WHOSO- EVER WILL CONFESS ~ME. Mat. 10-32, Rom. 10-9, 10. GOd will save. Or will you be one for the fires? Will you be one for the WRATH OF GOD? For spiritual help come to church.
