She was born September 8, 1930 in Florala to James Mar- shall Parrish and Grace Easley Parrish. Joyce was a life long resident of Florala and was well-known for her kindness and commu- nity spirit. When she worked at Wal Mart, she always wore an "I Love Florala" button.
